Printout of a playthrough of the original Oregon Trail game, circa 1981. This printout was done on a DEC line printer in 1981 by Chris Torrence at Parcells Middle School, 20600 Mack Ave., Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, 48236. The original is on 14.75"x11" tractor feed paper.
This archive also includes a conversion of the game to Applesoft BASIC, created by Chris Torrence in April 2015, from the original 1975 source code uploaded by Jimmy Maher (https://archive.org/details/200106-tops10-in-a-box).
Oregon Trail mainframe c1981.pdf contains the playthrough.
Oregon 1975 Applesoft.txt is the Applesoft BASIC code.
Typetime Apple Assembly.txt is the Apple assembly code that was written to time the user typing the word "BANG".
OREGON1975APPLE.DSK is a disk image containing the Apple programs.
